Stranded
Ekaant Chardy, “planet-seeker”, works for an agency looking for habitable planets. Years of travelling space has made him more and more devoid of a connection, whenever he reaches earth, every time, years go by, and he loses friends and loved ones to time. He is a lonely soul drifting through space, looking for a presence.Coming back from a mission, his spaceship crashes into a meteorite like entity, and crash lands on an outer orbiting planet, Ekaant is left alone to fend for himself, and the creatures on the surface along with the planet’s atmosphere, are far from welcoming. The planet is divided into two halves, Ekaant’s side is covered with big round pillars akin to fungi, filled with miles of hills and plain, dusty land. The other half is covered by a deadly storm which separates it from this side.
Furthermore, the meteorite that crashed and hurled Ekaant’s spaceship was carrying vicious predators inside, who were looking for a planet to survive, and are stuck in an hostile environment along with Ekaant.He tries a location relatively close to the crash site, but to no avail, however his ship catches a signal in response to this wave, coming from the other side of the planet, by an unknown entity. Reluctant at first, Ekaant starts talking to this “stranger” in hopes of surviving through its help. Each day is progressively difficult, Ekaant faces an uphill emotional and physical battle, looked over by this unknown “voice”.
As threats rise and dangers become imminent, Ekaant will be forced to take a risky decision, will he overcome these obstacles through his will, or is he trapped in an endless void?
