Working with Story structure (Trying to be pro. XD) Working on story structure is kinda like rearranging puzzle pieces until it all feels just right. Editing and modifying is about shaping the spine of the narrative. Rearranging the scenes had heightened some drama and also clarified motives. And all this editing, modifying and rearranging did fix so many things. Questions arised – “Does this part move the story forward or slow it down?” “What if this scene goes here instead?” And many more! So many things to consider and reconsider! Keeping up the pacing, tension and emotions. And that too, with a mystery setting is kinda hard and challenging. Oh and plot holes! How can I forget that? It took a lot of thinking (and overthinking!) Anyway, it had been a good progressive week. Stay tuned for the next week for I plan on updating characters (rough sketching) or I might as well polish the dialogues, hmm. Sounds good!
